Interior designer / 3D rendering of design ideas beach villa
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our architect has designed our resort style thatched roof beach house and room divisions are in place, but the detail of the interior look is missing. Style will be Bali / Tulum style.
I am looking for an experienced interior designer that could help me to transfer my ideas / pinterest pictures into complete design proposals. The candidate should have experience with high level finished interiors, be creative enough to make a room look luxurious without having to source expensive European designer items and loves to work with natural materials, let outside and inside flow into one.
A plus is if you can draw out your own designs that can be created by our local tradesmen, contractors - shop drawings will be required for this or include furniture / design elements that could be sourced within South-East Asia.
There will be about 3 ideas I would like to see be worked out. Once we agree on these ideas- I would like your consultancy as an interior designer, I would like to see it in 3D renders to make sure it visually feels right to me.
First project would be the living room / dining room, with potential widening of the scope to the rest of the house.

- CAD drawings of rooms in scope
- floor plans
- power point briefing with overall mood board
- 3 or more quick sketches of what my 3 possible routes are : I would like to hear your professional input and get your help with issues I am stuck on and eventually I would like to see them drawn out in 3D render.
- Pinterest link to show look & feel
- pictures of furniture we already have, other furniture you will need to draw out based on your interior design skills, these will be designed by local tradesman or be sourced locally (in SE Asia).
