Interior designer

I am looking for an interior designer to help design my residential space using a modern style. My budget for this project is under $500. I'm looking to update my space in a way that incorporates modern elements while still feeling like home. I would like someone who can create a cohesive design with a focus on both form and function. I expect detailed drawings and/or visualizations to be provided near the completion of the project.
