Interior design a mansion with complement buildings
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We need an interior designer for an old mansion with 3 buildings,
1. main building with 17 rooms
2. gardener’s building , 2 bedrooms and 1 living room , dining and bathroom and cooridor ( see floorplan)
3. garage building , see the floorplan (2 storey)
The mansion was built at the beginning of the 20th century and its 700 square meters is divided into 17 rooms with halls and salons, grand fireplaces, library and wine cellar (basement not included). The mansion in neoclassical style and contains many beautiful and original details and decor. The main building on 2.5 floors + basement consists of large salons, dining room, glass dining area, fireplaces, oak panelling, stucco and ceiling- and wall paintings. The mansion also have a library, eleven bedrooms and in the basement there is also a wine cellar. The associated gardener's residence contains five rooms, two of which are bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The property also includes a gazebo and an older stable which is now used as a garage. The main building plus the two other houses will be redesigned with an elegant but modern and luxurious touch. As much as possible of the high quality foundation will be restored but updated, but all walls, ceiling, floors, details and color will be improved. New rooms will be built and find new areas of use will be created. The kitchens will be improved and made more modern and luxurious. The bathrooms will be redesigned and/or updated with new materials and overlay. A spa and gym will be planned and drawn. A laundry area will be planned and drawn. The floors will be reinstalled where missing and stained to fit the rest of the house. Moldings and door trims will be looked over and matched, some doors will be adapted or changed and all room will have a new colors scheme with paint suggestion or/and wallpapers. The floor plan of all building will be closely overlooked and considered to find possible changes that suits the house and purpose. The kitchen will be improved but made more modern and a bit more luxurious with modest changes.
The gardeners building and the garage will have improved floor plan and a solution for the new areas of use. The old garage will also transform into a bar area with possibilities for both music and dance and also dinners. You will overlook all of the food planned and also come up with ideas for many different purposes.
We need the job below (3D and real drawing) or all rooms in Main building, Gardeners building and garage.

To choose the right person, we need a plan with 3D of some rooms to see if the design is right. When we have chosen you, then we can continue with the whole work. You will get paid after we have received the final drawing.
