Interior design idea, colors and shapes
I need an interior design idea for <40m2 apartment. In apartment there is one bedroom, one bathroom and one room for kitchen, living and dining room. Apartment have two smalls balconies in round shape. Location of apartment is in the city on coast of the Mediterian sea, in old town city center. I prefer modern design (or I think so :))
I have dwg floorplan in which one wall line now is little different (one with beams and columns) but you could design on old dwg because the space is pretty much the same. Height of the space is 280cm, and only lower than that is 30x60cm beam so the height on that area is 250, and I will lower ceiling from 280 to 270 or so for installation of the lights.
Some general guidelines:
-preferred colors are white, black, grey, wood
-furniture which could be up to ceiling I want that way because I don't want dust on the top
-all top panels of furniture (tables, media boxes, bathroom sink, night tables and etc.) in light colors because of dust
-positions of furniture elements are pretty much fixed because of small size of apartment
Possible problems
I have small window on the south wall (56x56) where once was bathroom and the one possible option is to close it. 3 of 4 exterior walls are thin about 60cm, so that window could be closed with built-in wardrobe - that's one option, or you could suggest how to use that window or expand it (but could only be expanded down, not right or left or up)

Possible opportunities
Exterior walls are old walls from stone so that stone could be visible but I don't know in which condition is that stone beneath the plaster so I don't want to show on entire wall (maybe only partially show). In my mind I imagine to show part of that old wall „like you start removing plaster but you never finished“ but I don't know how to visualize that or fit that into whole apartment design – show part of that wall is just an opportunity, not mandatory
