Looking for interior designer to build designs and drawings 2D/3D for residential unit that has living area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
The unit is brand new with basic finishing, looking for renovation to transform it into a contemporary design.
Main requirements:
- Innovation in design
- Produce 2D drawings with dimensions, and 3D rendering
- Provide bill of materials and rough estimate for cost to build
- Interior and furniture design
Plus skills:
- Physical existence in Dubai
- Assistance in sourcing materials from existing suppliers
Scope of work:
Living and dining (37 sq. m):
- False ceiling and modern lighting (15 - 20 sq. m)
- Parque for the whole room plus stairs
- Selection of wall paper, furniture already sourced, so must match colors
- TV unit design using wall panels
Master bedroom (15 sq. m):
- The room has a big window on side, balcony door on another, which raises a challenge in fitting a king size bed, floor to ceiling wardrobe, wall-mounted TV, and dresser.
- Floor to ceiling wardrobe design
- False ceiling and modern lighting (10 - 12 sq. m)
- Parque for the whole room
- Selection of wall paper
This could extend to other rooms, kitchen and bathrooms based on outcome of initial job.
