Scope of the Project:
- Design and decorate the entire home 5 bedroom plus study). Exterior design is already done and so is the Architectural design and MEP. Approved, so there will be no changes.
Preferred Interior Design Style:
- Modern
Color Scheme:
- The client has a specific color scheme in mind
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in interior design for modern homes
- Strong understanding of modern design principles and aesthetics
- Ability to create a cohesive and stylish color scheme based on the client's preferences
- Proficiency in selecting and sourcing modern furniture, fixtures, and accessories
- Knowledge of space planning and maximizing functionality in a modern home setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the client and understand their vision
- Ability to create detailed floor plans, renderings, and mood boards to present design concepts
The final designs of architectural drawings and MEP are ready.
Client already has samples of bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, bedrooms etc shortlived and will share it with the freelancer
Final deliveries include full design and 3d walk-through.
