Interior design for appartement

We need help with the interior design of one of the floors for our new apartment.
Expected deliverables:
- 2 different versions of the floor (ie 2 different drawings and 3D renderings)
- Up to 2 iterations for each version
- Detailed drawings
- 3D renderings
- Material selection/suggestions
- Lighting plans (Fixture locations, Fixture types)
Expectations:
- Being knowledgeable on interior design
- Consider ergonomics and utility of space on the design
- Being knowledgeable on lighting plans
Project Overview
General info:
We are looking for someone to help us with the interior design of one of the floors of our new apartment. The floor includes 4 spaces: Kitchen, Living room, Home office, WC.
- Everything is in meters.
- We want a cozy and “warm” place, with a traditional/country/industrial style.
- We like Wood and red bricks.
- We prefer light colors.
- We prefer warm light.
- The apartment will be in Greece.
- We have pets.
