Interior design consultation for small Vancouver residence

We have a 2500 sq. ft. house in Vancouver, built in 1909. Lots of heritage elements including old hardwood floors, original windows, and crown moldings. We've divided the house into 3 separate units and are looking for ideas on how to incorporate Japanese interior designs elements (traditional and/or contemporary) into one of the units which is about 750 sq ft., working from floor plans and photos. We are not at all sure what that could look like, but believe it could include Japanese-inspired layout, furnishings, decorative pieces and/or materials. Looking for someone to bring a very creative eye to this project.
