Interior design concept, photorealistic 3D renders, and walkthrough video for corporate office (DWG provided)

We're an established company redesigning our main office. We need a skilled interior designer / 3D visualisation artist to design the space, produce photorealistic renders of every key area, and deliver a full walkthrough video.

We will provide a DWG CAD file of the full floor plan, our brand guidelines, and a set of reference images that define the look we want.
Scope of work

Interior design concept across the full floor plan: space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, acoustic treatment, and furniture.
Photorealistic 3D renders of all key zones: reception/lobby, open work areas, every manager's office, meeting rooms, boardroom, and the pantry/breakout area.
A full walkthrough video of the finished space, moving through all areas in a logical flow.

Design direction

The base aesthetic is modern industrial meets warm executive. Exposed ceilings with ductwork and black steel, polished concrete floors, warm walnut and timber accents, backlit onyx or stone feature surfaces, biophilic planting, and large windows. Refined in client-facing zones, raw and energetic in work areas.
Match the reference images closely for mood and materials.
Furniture should blend mid-century modern with industrial. Leather accent chairs, tufted sofas, and natural wood tables fit.

Brand colours (apply as accents, not as the dominant scheme)
Keep the warm, neutral material base from the reference images. Work our brand colours in through feature walls, upholstery, signage, and accent details.

Summit Blue #024BB9 — primary brand accent
Midnight Slate #081C2A — grounding dark, pairs with the steel and exposed ceiling
Lime Volt #BBDE1A — use sparingly as a single accent pop
Alpine White #F7F5F4 and Granite Grey #EDEDED — negative space and neutrals

Our brand has a summit and navigation theme. We'd welcome one feature wall that plays on topographic or map-inspired design as a brand moment. A reference image showing this is included.
Acoustic treatment (functional requirement)
Our teams are on client video calls throughout the day, so sound control matters. The hard surfaces in the references (concrete, glass, steel) create echo. Specify acoustic panelling across open work areas, meeting rooms, and offices. Where possible, design the panels as a brand feature using our colours or the topographic theme, not generic grey foam.
Managers' offices (give these extra attention)
Pay close attention to every manager's office. We want each one designed with care, not treated as filler.

Consistent design language across all of them, with a clear step up in finish from the open-plan areas.
Glass fronts for visibility into the floor, with acoustic privacy for calls.
Functional for one-to-one meetings and focused work.
Show each office in the renders. Do not render one and repeat it.

Two specific layout changes

Redesign the pantry. We want a fresh layout, not a copy of the current one. Bring your ideas.
Move the recreation equipment (billiard table, foosball, and similar) to the far end of the pantry. It should not sit in the middle.

Deliverables

Source design files.
High-resolution renders of all key areas, including every manager's office, as image files.
One walkthrough video in MP4, 1080p minimum, 4K preferred.
