Interior design - Boutique Hotel - Portugal

I am seeking an interior designer for a boutique hotel project in Portugal. We are a start-up that develops boutique hotels and coliving projects in Portugal. The desired aesthetic for the hotel's interior design is bohemian and eclectic.
Specific elements and features for the design are not set in stone, as I have some ideas but am open to suggestions.
We don't usually work with custom made furniture so we need someone that works as interior designer and procurement of furniture.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
