Interior decorating for residential space with existing furnishings from inventory

I have a 550 square foot apartment that needs interior decorating. We have a large inventory of furnishings and would like to use what we already have. We are looking to hire someone with an aesthetic eye that can make the space come alive. Portfolio of past successful projects required.
What we will provide:
- floor plan of the space
- images and dimensions of all existing furnishings in our inventory
What you will provide:
- a 3D rendering of the interior decoration/home staging
- delivery in 1-2 days
If the work is good, there is potential for a long term working relationship as we operate in the real estate business and have a steady flow of homes that require staging.
