I am looking for a professional to develop a renovation project for one of the floors in my residence. The goal is to maintain the current layout of the kitchen and living room but optimize the remaining space to include:

1 Bathroom with a shower
1 Laundry room
1 Bedroom
Requirements:

Create a proposal that maximizes the use of available space, ensuring both functionality and comfort.
Define the best layout solutions and arrangement for each area.
Suggestions for materials and finishes are welcome.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards for interior projects is a plus.
I would like to receive proposals that include sketches or plans with layout and space optimization suggestions. Experience in interior renovation and residential projects is preferred.
