Interior and Exterior Design of the villa

It is a small four bedroom with backyard lawn in a community in Dubai, needs the design concept for bedrooms, sitting room, guest room, kitchen dining area, lawn landscaping ideas, from Exterior there isn't much allowed, wanted to change the look of the villa by using some lights like wall washers, pixel dots, linear lights....etc.

I prefer someone from UAE (not mandatory, if someone can do it outside aswell do) to design so that they would be able to see the place personally before they design, looking for minimalist modern design with class by using plants, different types of lights, mirrors...etc
