Interior Drawings & Quantity Survey

Job ID: 40205325

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have an interior-design package that now needs to move from concept to a coordinated, presentation-ready set of documents. My priorities are clear:

• Clash-free shop drawings in both DWG and PDF that cover Furniture Layout, Electrical Plans, and Plumbing Layout. The drawings only need a basic-overview level of detail—enough for the fit-out team to see intent, dimensions, and service routes without getting lost in micro-detailing.
• A Quantity Survey workbook in Excel with open formulas so anyone can audit the math, plus obvious measurement references that trace back to the drawing sheets.
• Regular extracts—monthly or tied to agreed milestones—that reconcile the original BOQ with completed work. I’ll need those in Excel and PDF.
• Uniform formatting across Word, PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel so the entire bundle looks as though it came from one designer’s desk.

Please keep layer naming, line weights, and title blocks consistent with standard CAD conventions, and make sure all PDFs are print-ready at A3. Once I confirm the first drawing sheet and the QS template, the same styling should flow through the rest of the set.
