The apartment is on the 12th floor
The layout plan with dimensions is attached herewith
The Apartment is Type C in the drawing
The scope of work will include designing the entire apartment end to end

You will have to interact with me to understand my requirements and design accordingly
You will have to give me 2D and 3D drawings at every stage to enable me to suggest changes
When the drawings are finalised, I will need the recommendations for the colour scheme, the material to be used and bill of quantities for all the items to be made
I am looking for someone who is working for an interior designing firm and can do this in their spare time
