Interior Designer for 3D Rendering of Basketball-Themed Guesthouse

PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer or 3D Artist to create a set of high-quality 3D renderings of our brand-new guesthouse located in Pompei, Italy.
The guesthouse features a strong basketball theme and includes:
• 3 themed bedrooms: Jordhan Room, Kobee Room, and LeBraun Room
• 2 connecting corridors
• 1 large reception hall (HALL)
Each room will celebrate the spirit of basketball through color, decoration, and layout. The project aims to faithfully recreate the purchased furniture (no substitutions), and introduce budget-friendly, creative decoration ideas for a unique guest experience.

You will receive:
• A complete PDF floor plan with room labels and accurate measurements
• Direct links to all furniture already purchased (beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, wallpapers, flooring, etc.)

You will create realistic 3D renders for:
• Jordhan Room
• Kobee Room
• LeBraun Room
• 2 connecting corridors (Passage A and B)
• The main HALL — the most important and creative space
The HALL must be treated as the core of the emotional experience for guests. It should offer:
• A visually immersive atmosphere where guests feel surrounded by the basketball culture
• A dedicated “Instagram/Selfie/Reels” corner with creative LED signs, neon basketball slogans, or silhouette cut-outs
• Effective use of the yellow sofa and other low-cost design props
• Smart placement of round LED ceiling lights (already installed in all rooms via false ceiling)
Think of the HALL as the “wow moment” of the stay — it must look memorable, fun, and social-media-friendly, but also remain within a modest budget.
