Interior Designer for Premium Retail Bedding Boutique Concept

Project Description:
We are an established bedding retail brand expanding into mall locations and are currently leasing two new stores. We are looking to elevate our concept from our existing branches into a more premium, boutique-style retail experience.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer specializing in retail spaces, preferably with experience in bedding, furniture, or home lifestyle brands, to help create a distinctive concept aligned with our brand vision.

Scope of Work

The selected designer will be expected to:

Develop a refined, premium, brand-aligned store concept
Create space planning and optimize layouts for mall retail units
Propose interior design concepts including materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and display systems
Develop a visual merchandising approach suited for bedding and home textile products
Produce mood boards, 3D renders, and concept presentation materials
Prepare drawings/details suitable for coordination and handover to execution teams (if required)
Requirements
Proven experience in retail store design (portfolio required)
Strong background in premium / boutique retail concepts
Understanding of customer journey and retail flow
Ability to deliver a modern, elegant, and clean design language
Experience with mall retail environments is a plus
