We are looking for a talented and experienced interior designer to help us convert a space into two stylish 1-bedroom apartments. The design should be modern and chic, yet versatile enough to appeal to a broad range of tenants. The aesthetic should be cohesive across both apartments and should build upon the existing elements in Apartment 1.
Project Scope:
Space Planning: You will be provided with the rough layout (see attached images) and are expected to propose a refined space plan that optimizes the flow and functionality of each apartment.
Color Palette: Recommend a sophisticated and modern color palette that complements the existing bathroom tiles and flooring in Apartment 1. The goal is to create a seamless look that is consistent across both apartments.
Flooring: Suggest appropriate flooring options for the living areas, kitchen, and bedroom that blend well with the existing tiles in the bathroom of Apartment 1. Flooring should be durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for a rental property.
Tiles: Based on the existing bathroom tiles in Apartment 1, recommend tiles for the new bathroom in Apartment 2. We are looking for options that enhance the modern aesthetic and maintain a cohesive look throughout the apartments.
