Interior Designer

We are considering renovating our current living room, kitchen and dining space. Attached is the current plan of the layout. We are considering 2 options: 1. keep the spaces as they are but include a TV unit for the wall as well as some other built in shelving area for the dining area and renovate the kitchen; 2. swap the living area and dining area and incorporate a dry kitchen area with the dining room including a breakfast bar and a new entrance directly to the kitchen (maybe closing the entrance from the hall). We would like to see 3d renders of these options as well as designs. Only thing that needs to stay is our grey sofa. Everything else can be designed. Will share further details to the successful bidder.
