Interior Design for company offices and building

We are looking for a high end design for a company building one front of the building need the exterior design


** For the interior spaces, it consists of the following:
* The mood is modern design
- Welcoming area in-front of the door (Common area)
- Stairs (Common area)
- Corridors (Common area)
- Company's office with an area of 80 m2 (Only for the company) , almost half the available area for offices

For the interior spaces, the designer should consider the following in his design:
Open up the space
Introduce more light
Consider glass office partitions
Create break-out spaces
Brand the office space
Invest in good quality furniture. ...
Add mood-boosting elements

** For the exterior spaces, it consists of the following:
- Outer front
- Stairs
- Sidewalk
- Electrical panels
- Parking

In the exterior spacers, the designer should consider the following in his design:
* The mood is modern design
Simplicity in his design
Hide the firefighting system behind the stairs
Redesign the stairs
Distribute the lighting

The deliverables has to the following format:
1- 3D pictures showing the furniture for the company HQ and editable version of the system
2- 2D auto-cad version that can be edited
3- BOM for all quantity that might be needed
