Here are some more information- please read those carefully before you bid:

Stage 1

I will share a floor plan (and a video of a sample apartment ) with measurements of the 1 bedroom apartment. We then connect on the color schemes and furniture design options- I need two options to select from both in 3D design. Please ensure that it can be opened even if you don’t have the same design software.

We can then discuss nitial ideas to ensure the Design Development will be in accordance with my vision. At this stage we also confirm all major construction works that may be required - technically, there will only be two changes. 1) removal of a wall in the kitchen and 2) replacement of the current shower with easy walk-in shower.

Design Development - create 2 3D drawings options for kitchen and bathroom design, material, hardware and decorative finishes selections, furniture, drapery, lighting and accessory selections (= all rooms in the apartment).

Stage 2;

Provisions of links to websites for Dubai based furniere shops. Note- it is key that you send me a list for all items provided in both design options with links to the local Dubai furniture shops and respective prices.
