Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking to redesign our newly purchased house. We want a 2D and 3D render/modelling.
The intention is to make it a cross of styles from urban, chic and modern. Top floor where bedrooms are is to be calm, relaxing and a place to rest. Ground floor, convivial and yet relaxed and family oriented. Basement is to be partially a place of work within the 2 offices (one is a business office and the other a music room), as well as a party area composed of cinema room, garage for 2 cars, games room, reception room with bar; in addition it should include a highly functional laundry room and storage room.
Basement: modern, chic and feeling like a luxurious den for kids and adults
- (must have) dedicated cinema room with seating area for 6 people incl screen and sound panels
- (must have) office facing the garden with 2 TV screens on wall, storage, desk
- (must have) music room next to laundry room incl seating, piano and sound panels
- (must have) highly functional laundry room plenty of storage and organization space
- (ideal) games room for pool table, TV and pingpong table
- (ideal) reception room with area for children's games, adults drinks/bar, table and storage
- (ideal) storage room
- (ideal) garage to be modern, cohesive with rest of the layout and plenty storage incl. coats and shoes
Ground Floor: modern and relaxed, convivial and family focused
- (must) redesign kitchen / dinning area, keep wooden floor but replace tiles to match hall way
- (must) kitchen needs to have large island and seating area available
- (must) large dinning table for 8-10 people
- (ideal) relaxed corner seating or storage
- (ideal) terrace flooring replaced and matched with interior
- (ideal) "office" converted into young girl's play room with plenty storage and play area
- (ideal) "living room" with two areas, one focused on TV and other on seating for conversation

- (must) master needs redesign of closet and make it a real adult relaxed, romantic and calm space
- (must) 2nd largest bedroom with access to balcony, focused on young girl's room with storage and relaxed environment
- (ideal) guest room relaxed
- (ideal) redesign of guest bathroom
- (ideal) terrace flooring modernized and insync with interior

- already has swimming pool, add BBQ and eating area
- replace all shutters and fences from green to darker colour (ranging from blue to grey)
