A unique and innovative project: the design of a fast food restaurant with a twist. We have recently secured a prime location for our fast food restaurant, and we are looking for an interior architect with a proven track record in designing fast food restaurants to design both the interior and exterior spaces. Here are some key details:
Location Dimensions:
Width: 3 meters
Length: 5 meters
Height: 4 meters
Design Theme:
The theme of the restaurant should blend modern minimalism with a traditional Yemeni concept. We aim to create a welcoming and culturally resonant environment.
Restaurant Concept:
The restaurant will consist of three sections or stalls, each offering a different category of fast food.While it's primarily a take-away establishment, we envision a section designed like a bar with stools for quick dining.The specific services and food offerings are still in development, so flexibility in the design is essential.
Functional Considerations:
The design should prioritize functionality, taking into account the flow of customers.
Efficiency and productivity in cooking and serving methods should be at the forefront of the design.
Materials chosen should be durable, require minimal maintenance, and be fit for their intended purpose.
Scope of Work:
The scope of this project includes:
1. Interior Design:
Design of the three stalls, each catering to a different fast food category.
Creation of a functional storage area.
Planning and layout of the kitchen area, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Design of a customer-friendly toilet area, if applicable.
Consideration of all interior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
2. Exterior Design:
Design of the exterior space, including the layout and aesthetics of the footpath in front of the restaurant.
Integration of the chosen design theme into the exterior elements to create a cohesive and inviting look.
Selection of materials and finishes for the exterior that align with the overall design concept.
Project Phases:
The project will be divided into three stages: concept, schematic, and detailed design.
Detailed design drawings should include a complete set of plans, final high resolution 3d renders, finishes, and a schedule for fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (FFE).
Additionally, we require a quantity take-off (QTO) for all materials and fixtures to be used in the project.
