Improve contemporary villa design
Budget: $150 – $300 USD
Simply we need a designer with vision of designing a villas , and who has previously designed villas . You must have experince in villa's design .
We have the file in Revit and we need proper impovments to the design .
things you need to adhere to and not change :
Villa design in Spain ( land size is the last picture ):
1. It must have a hight of max 7 m
2. It must have distance from the street 7m , from the left 5m, back 5m and right 5m .
3. The villa will have 2 floors with underground parking for 2 cars .
4. Villa will have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms , 3 bedrooms on the second floor and on the first floor, also one bathroom on the first floor.
5. The villa will have a swimming pool .
6. The design will have 3D realistic design and walk in option design.
7. To consider in the design big windows ( the whole wall ) , with sliding glass doors and shutters .
8. Avoid dark colours and must have open plan kitchen on the first floor ( ground floor),
9. Sliding double glazing door for the whole wall facing the swimming pool , swimming pool at the front of the villa .
10. Roof with temporary kitchenette
11. Cool lighting ( bright ) with bright interior design .

13. Roof wall hight is 20 cm and then 1m glass .
14. Central air conditions and under floor heating .
15. Laundry room .
