House renovation into small milenial office

We want to renovate our small house into small house office style. Our dream is to have millenial and gen z office style with colourful themes. The new office designs are inspired from start up office that have chill, relax and youthful enviroment. We want to recruit genre millenials and genre Z staffs age between 18-30. So this office style must appeal to their lifestyle. Honestly, we have to put all of our deposit into this project hoping that we can attract great staffs. We have limited budget for this projects. Better use less custom furniture, if can choose furniture from IKEA Indonesia is better. Easier to find.
