Budget: $30 – $250 USD
1. Change powder room with toilet and vanity into a full bath with shower. This requires relocating the toilet, vanity, floor register and lighting from their current location to make room for the shower. This bath fits under the stairs.
2. Enclose the porch and make it an office/bedroom. This is more tricky, because the entry door and steps cut right through the middle of the porch. I need a design with lots of windows and/or glass doors.
