I am looking for experienced house plan drawers and designers who can assist me in creating a plan for a commercial building.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing commercial buildings, with a focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- The ability to incorporate specific design elements and features into the plan, based on the details that have already been decided.
- Flexibility to suggest and incorporate additional design elements based on the client's preferences and needs.
- Familiarity with designing buildings with more than 4 floors, ensuring that the plan is structurally sound and meets all necessary regulations.
