House painting

I am looking for a talented house painter to spruce up the exterior of a small house (less than 1,000 sq ft). I need the paintjob to have a matte finish. Specifically, I need the outside walls and eaves to be painted. I'm open to treating parts of the house with different kind of paint or putting on a second coat. I'm also open to different decorative solutions depending on the skill of the freelancer. Ultimately, I want the house to look modern and appealing to prospective buyers.
