Hello, I recently bought this house, and I would like a design plan to renovate the house. The design would be for the interior, exterior, and front yards. Find below, a link to pictures and floorplans below,

- The style of the home will be contemporary.
- Color scheme would be white, black, and wood tones
- Everything will be new and renovated.

Interior:
- White Oak LVP throughout the whole house
- Tiled bathrooms and laundry room
- The door from the master bath to the laundry will be closed off
- Recessed lights throughout the house
- The wall from the kitchen to the living room will be removed and replaced with an island
- Built-in fireplace with shelving in the livingroom
- New drywall and popcorn sealings removed
- Lighting is key In the kitchen and the bathroom with task, overhead, and ambiance lighting.

Exterior:
- New porch on the front
- Re-build back yard porch
- New fence
- New roof
- New siding and trim
- Stone to cover the foundation
