Home Design, Construction and Permit Documents

I am looking to hire someone familiar with Chief Architect Software or similar to take my home plans and put them into 3d renderings, provide foundation, construction and permitting documents and a material list for the build. The documents should include wall, roof, and floor framing details and should be engineered to provide the appropriate beam, floor, etc sizes and types/grade of materials. Additionally, I also want them to include mechanical details such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Attached is the plan I am referring to.
