Ground Floor New Classic Interior

My entire ground-floor living area needs a cohesive “new classic” makeover that balances modern comfort with timeless detailing. The living room is the heart of the brief, yet I would like the entrance, dining corner and any open-plan zones on the same level to flow seamlessly from the same palette and detailing.

I picture elegant wall mouldings, neutral tones layered with rich textures, statement lighting and furniture that feels refined without being overly formal. Please translate this vision into a practical plan I can hand straight to contractors and suppliers.

You’ll supply concept boards, detailed space planning, furniture and lighting selections, and photorealistic 3D views. AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray or equivalent software is fine as long as drawings remain editable.

I need the full package complete within four weeks of project start, including a quick checkpoint midway so we can tweak before you finalise.
