Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have exact floor plan and dimensions, I need a plan drafted to submit to my county. Do you provide that level of service? 900 sq. ft., one story w/ subterranean garage below. The two drawings below would layout living room/kitchen/dining room on the right, bedroom /bath on the left, scaled to fit. Also need a 40' overhang on the left side (apt. level) for RV parking - not included in the 900 square footage.
