I’m on the lookout for an experienced and detail-oriented expert to undertake a comprehensive remodeling of my house. The project involves significant changes to both the interior and exterior floor plan.
Key Tasks:
• Kitchen modifications: The primary focus would be to change the current layout of the kitchen. This could include but is not limited to upgrading appliances, installing new countertops, and refinishing cabinets.
• Exterior alterations: I envision extending the patio and creating a separate entrance to the house. I have some photos and ideas which I intend to share to offer reference and clarity on my expectations.
Ideal Candidate:
