•AutoCAD plans (with dimensions and lighting, electrical and tiling plans)
•SketchUp 3D model (exterior + interior)
•Interior design of the resort (not just architectural shell)
•Exterior design ( entrance, parking, surroundings)
•Elevations & sections (autocad and photoshop)
•High-quality renders (interior + exterior)
•Mood boards and material references
•A full printable portfolio/presentation (PDF/PowerPoint format)
• Lumion walkthrough
The files must be editable and sent to me through email (not just platform chat), so I can review and use them freely. The design must be original, visually stunning, and meet high standards of architecture and interior design—not just a basic shell or concept.
