Space: The pediatric office has a total area of 322 square feet with dimensions of 14 feet (width) by 23 feet (depth).
Purpose: The office should be designed to cater to the needs of young patients, ranging from infants to teenagers. The design should create a welcoming and calming atmosphere that helps alleviate anxiety and promotes a positive experience for both children and parents.
Functional Requirements: The office should include a reception area, waiting area, opd chamber, and a small play area for children. Efficient space utilization is crucial to accommodate these areas while maintaining a comfortable flow of patients and staff.
