Floorplan Designer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi its a container home 31 feet long, 7’8” wide. Ceiling is 7’4” I think.
The bathroom is only five feet wide unfortunately. Its the only existing wall so far. It has to stay like that.
I need a bedroom with a closet for one person (fullsize bed tho). I don’t want it TOO claustrophobic.
I need a kitchen with an apartment-sized fridge/freezer and a PANTRY (a floor to ceiling cabinet will do), double sink hopefully, would also love to fit a small oven and a small dishwasher. I need counter space. A kitchen island maybe? I’ve seen people do creative things like put the sink and dishwasher as the island or put the stove as the island, IDK. And there’s not going to be room for a table so a bar will do.
I would like to have an open floor plan to the living space. Room for a TV and couch? If there’s not enough space I might go with a recliner.
AND I have to have a place somewhere to set up a drawing desk and a computer (PC) desk.
The front door is supposed to go at the end. As for windows, we will add one to each room except BR.
