I have a older house that will be converted.
The house is about 700m2 over 2 levels and should be devided vertically into 3 independed, loft style residential units about 160 to 170m².
Each residential unit should have its own entrance and its own garage.
Living, main sleeping main bath, open kitchen an 2nd level
1 sleep and small bath w/shower on 1st level
the 2nd level area open solution small 6 to 8m2 balkony on roof (inside buildings limits)
