Floor plane design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a piece of land ( 40 meters length* 25 meters wide ) and want someone to help me with a layout plane. It's in a rural area so I want to have a small garden included in the layout.
The layout should have a villa and 3 apartments that can be attached to the villa either from behind or the sides. It's a family house with the father and mother in the villa and the 3 apartments for their married children.
The whole project is a retreat so their not going to permanently live in it.
3 bedrooms in the villa and each of the apartments. Villa should have all bedrooms upstairs with the first floor consisting of a kitchen, living room, 2 guest reception roomw ( if your familiar with arab houses specifically saudi houses you'll understand) and dining area.
