Floor plan to size

We need a floor plan to be designed for a property which is 30,000sqft sitting on 5 acres of land. The property will be a mansion with high ceilings on the ground floor and 12-14ft ceiling clearance on the first floor. We need to fit 46 rooms into the property including on the ground floor - Main ballroom (dining room), kitchen, pantry, waiters room, living room, private dining room, library, chocolate, coffee and team room, movie room and on the first floor - 15 double rooms, 5 family rooms, 10 wine rooms, cigar and whisky room, gin room, x2 sauna and treatment room. The design needs to be done to size. We have attached the concept we are emulating. The right wing is where the entrance will be and it will have a grand staircase which will lead guests upstairs to the right.
