Floor Plan, 3D Model & Interior Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
1. Accurate Floor Plan with Dimensions
I only have partial measurements, so you will need to scale the rest from the plan:
The internal depth of the unit is 7.63 meters, measured from the inside of the front external wall to the inside of the back wall.
The clear ceiling height is 3.1 meters.
I cannot provide any additional measurements, so please scale all other dimensions proportionally based on the attached plan.
Please:
Redraw the layout as a clean, technical flat floor plan.
Include all walls, doors, and windows as shown.
Show the kitchen, wardrobes/closets, and bathroom fixtures in their current positions.
Add clear dimension strings (wall lengths, room sizes, door widths, etc.) and labels for key areas (e.g. entry, kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping area).
Deliverables:
Dimensioned floor plan in PDF
Editable CAD file (DWG or DXF)
2. 3D CAD Model of the Unit
Based on the dimensioned floor plan:
Create a 3D model of the unit using the 7.63m depth and 3.1m ceiling height.
Include:
All walls, floors, ceilings
Doors and windows
Simple geometry for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and bathroom fixtures (no need for extreme detail).
Deliverables:
3D model in a commonly used format (e.g. .SKP, .FBX, .OBJ, or .3DS, plus your native file format)
3. Interior Design & 3D Renders
