Final Architectural Design and MEP for Mega Hub Building

I am looking to have a person or a group of people to work on the final design of a building that will be constructed in the US. I have developed conceptual layout drawings and interior /exterior finishes concepts that will need to be further developed to provide design details, analysis, drawings and specifications to take the project from concept to construction completion. A handwritten scope of work is attached. If you are capable of doing all the scope please quote of you are NOT able to perform all elements please do not respond. This is project is a commercial project not residential and the designers should have that type of experience. With your proposal you must send examples of previous work that are of similar nature. All proposals without proper examples will be rejected. Please quote total cost and schedule to complete and speak to what your companies capabilities are.
