Farmhouse Garage Apartment

Looking for a functional space for an 800 square (40x20) foot garage apartment. Two adults and 1 dog. Utilize cut out cubbies, nooks as well as less usable side areas for storage. Bathroom is acceptable at 10x10 or less but must have a shower tub combo. 1 vanity is acceptable but not less than 36”. Current occupants love to cook and hang out in common space. 1 person works from home and would like to use one of the larger cut outs for an office area. Minimalist approach with creative use of space and some storage. Space could possibly be rented out for future. Current layout floor plan maximizes in common space but has main entry door into bedroom. Appreciate any help.
