Facade elevation design

I am looking to hire a freelancer to design a modern residential building facade elevation. This project is somewhat time sensitive, and I'd like to hire someone with experience working on similar projects and disciplined in terma of timely delivery. The freelancer should also be familiar with modern and contemporary design. I am looking for creative designs that make effective use of the materials I provide and showcase their unique qualities. Experience with 3D modeling software is must.Only Lumion 11 onwards can offer.I need 10 designs to be made.One design will be finalised out of 10 and we need full 2d drawings of all 4 sides including detailed measurements of every nook and corner.We expect No mistakes.Also we need source file of every design and pdf copies of every design.
