FMH Barn/Event Center

I need someone to design lighting for a timber framed event center we are building. This is a 40 x 56 timber framed building. It has exposed posts and beams and the wood/ceiling are also exposed wood. It is one big room that is open from floor to ceiling. Half of the room has a loft. I want the lighting to be dimmable for banquets etc. I also am concerned about the fixtures blending in with the timber frame rustic design.
