Exterior and Interior Airbnb home design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
In search of an exterior/interior designer to give a design aspect for a property with land. We would like to add 2 tiny homes with a modern feeling on the property. We also want to add a storage unit for supplies.
The design needs to be able to accommodate tenants with a vehicle parked outside, there also needs to be a fence for privacy.
Tiny homes must accommodate a loft area for a bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen with two burner stoves, and a full bathroom. Both homes could be adjacent to each other. Also around the patio there will be a shared hot tub and fire pit. The patio could be a shared space.
You're also able to add an easy to maintain walkable garden on the property to allow the use of the green space.
Property areas have all 4 seasons, winter doesn't usually yield snow.
Must provide:
Layout plans, Material and color schemes, Lighting design, and 3D render.
