Exterior Facade -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi, looking to do some renovation to an old house's exterior facade. I have attached the front of the house for your reference.
Looking for modern contemporary design (boxy/minimalist/wood/stone). Looking to:
1) Extend the ground floor outwards to make it same level as 1st floor.
2) Close off the current car porch and make it part of the interior.
3) An awning towards the front.
I have attached a random proposed design incorporating the above 3 points but it's not photorealistic enough so I am still looking for ideas.
You may do some small edit/tweak and make it photorealistic or you can submit a different and better design if you wish or add/subtract materials if you deem necessary.
You may also ignore the roof and side/back as currently I am only concerned with the front facade.
