I am seeking a talented freelancer to help design and visualize the exterior of my property. The goal is to plan and select colors, patterns, and finishes for painting, and provide clear visualizations of how different designs would look.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with me to understand my preferences, vision, and style for the exterior of the property.
- Recommend color palettes, patterns, and design elements that complement the architecture and surroundings.
- Create layered visual designs showcasing various color combinations, patterns, and textures.
- Provide expert advice on how to enhance appeal and create a cohesive, modern, or classic look, depending on my style preferences.
- Create high-quality renderings or mockups that allow me to visualize the final outcome.
- Offer suggestions for complementary elements like trim, accent colors, or finishes that could elevate the design.
- Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring the final selection is the best fit.

Qualifications:
- Enthusiatic in exterior designing.
- Experience in exterior design or architectural visualization.
- Portfolio showcasing previous exterior design and color consultation work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or any similar platform for rendering visual designs).
- Knowledge of color theory and its application in exterior design.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
