Expansion and Remodel of Cabin Interiors
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As a cabin owner, I'm looking for a professional who can assist with the remodeling of my property.
The current layout: It's a mix of an open concept and separate rooms. However, I envision some changes I'd like to see in the place. Specifically, I'd like to add a bedroom, a sun room/ three seasons room, and a mudroom to my cabin. To add this rooms I plan to extend the cabin on one side and on the front. I want also to improve the entrance, by adding a mud room. I want to remodel the bathroom, and also I am thinking of changing the stairs that go to the loft to spiral stairs, so that I can take down the wall behind the stairs and that way create a full open space in that area. One of the current rooms is used as a studio, but I want to open it and put a game/TV room. In summary, I plan to adding new rooms, and I'm also interested in removing some walls to open up the space further. Current living space is around 800 sqft, I plan to increase that to around 1200 sqft.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Experienced with similar renovation projects, especially in cabin properties
• Adept in architectural design, with an eye for maximizing functionality and aesthetics in limited spaces
• Understanding of structural integrity when removing walls and adding rooms
