Eco Lodge - Real estate development in Kinshasa

We are an independant real estate developer located in France. Most of our projects are located in African cities.
Our last baby is a 31 housing unit development (1st phase) in the KINSHASA suburb.
The land size is 3 hectares. Each plot is 15x20m (300m2).
We want to propose villas in an eco lodge style with construction in terracotta brick. We will propose 2 different models of villa in 2 and 3 bedrooms for each model. Those villas will be sold off plan.
So we need:
1/ Design and Propose 2 different Villas style + provide full plan; 2 and 3 bedrooms each.
2/ Design 3D interior villa view; 1 view from the top, 1 view of living room and 1 view of 1 bedroom
3/ Design 3D Exterior view; 1 view of the top, 1 view of front house, 1 view of complete development
