Designer convert garage into living space

I'm looking for a designer to help me convert my existing garage into a living space. The project will involve taking an approximately 200-400 square foot garage and transforming it into a bedroom. Additionally, I'd like to add additional features including a bathroom and possibly move stairs to avoid being a fall risk. A successful Freelancer will be able to design a living space that meets my expectations while staying within my budget.
